Private Runs.
Your run, your players, your rules. Invites, RSVPs, the waitlist and payments, all in one place, so the group chat can go back to trash talk.
What is a private run?
Your recurring game, run for you.
A private run is a game you host, weekly or one-off, at your court, for the players you choose. You set the spots and the price. NETR sends the invites, takes the RSVPs, keeps the waitlist moving and collects the money. Players see everything in the NETR app.
Invite tiers
Your regulars hear about every date first. If spots are left, the next list gets the invite, then the public if you want.
One-tap RSVPs
Players tap I'm in, Maybe or Out in the NETR app. No more counting thumbs in the group chat.
Spots & waitlist
Set a cap for each date. Once it's full, people join the waitlist and get a push when a spot opens.
Pay to lock your spot
Card, Venmo, Zelle or cash at the court. Spots are held for a few hours, then go to the next person if unpaid.
Fill open spots
Short a few? Share a spot link by text, or open the date to nearby NETR players a few hours before it starts.
Guests without the app
Add a friend who isn't on NETR to a single date and track their payment yourself.
Weekly or one-off
Pick the days, each with its own start time. NETR posts the next 8 weeks of dates and sends the invites for you.
Ratings that count
Everyone who plays can rate each other after, so every run builds their NETR.
How it works
Live in four steps.
1
Set it up
Name your private run, pick the court, days, times, spots and price.
2
Add your people
Build invite tiers from your crews, NETR players or a pasted list of emails.
3
Invites go out
Each date's invites send on schedule, regulars first.
4
Show up and play
RSVPs, the waitlist and payments are handled. You just show up.
